- Hotel Reservation
Please make your hotel reservation by yourself and advised to choose the hotel near UM campus as suggested to in the conference website.
- Transportation from the Airport to the Hotel
The easiest to travel to the hotel from the airport is by taxi. The airport taxi can be purchased at the counter (after the custom check-point before the exit door/gate. The fare is around RM75.00)
Those who have installed “Grab application” can order “Grab Car” to travel to the hotel from the airport (the fare around RM72.00-75.00 to the City Centre (include Toll charge).
Express Rail Link (ERL) serve from KLIA & KLIA2 to Kuala Lumpur Central for about 28 minutes (RM55.00 one way)
- Transportation to the University Malaya Campus (Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences) – 28th November 2019 (Day 1)
The easiest is to take a taxi or Grab Car from the Hotel to the University of Malaya Campus.
Those who want to try another public transportation especially those who are staying at KL Central may take Light Rail Transit (LRT) to the University-KL Gateway Station. And from there, please take a taxi or Grab Car to UM campus.

4. Transportation to the Restoran (Restaurant) Rebung Chef Ismail – 29th November 2019 (Day 2)
Please be informed that on the 2nd day of the conference, the parallel session will be held at the Restoran (Restaurant) Rebung Chef Ismail. The address of this restaurant is as follows:

The organising committee will provide transport from UM to the restaurant at 09.00 a.m. Those who would like to go directly from the hotel to the restaurant may take a taxi or Grab Car. Please secure the address and the map given above.
- Closing Ceremony & Free activity (29th November 2019)
Please be informed that the closing of the conference will be held at the Restoran Rebung Chef Ismail between 14.30-15.00 pm.
After the closing, the organising committee will provide transport to visit a few touristic areas around Kuala Lumpur. The visit probably ended around 19.00 or 20.00 pm. The bus may leave to KL Central latest by 20.00 pm. Those who would like to explore more of the city by night and enjoy multiracial food in Kuala Lumpur may do so and return to KL Central or hotel on their own. The dinner will be on your own.
- Those who would like to do own activities after the closing you may take a taxi or Grab Car from the restaurant back to the hotel or to any place or any other places.
