Seminar Registration:

Step 1: Click on the Login button on the menu panel.

Step 2:  Click Register a new account to register your account

(For existing UMEvent users, please use the User ID and Password used during your first-time sign-in.

In case of loss of password, kindly retrieve your password using I forgot my password button)

Step 3: Verify your account by clicking the verification link sent to your registered email.

Step 4: Following the Login, complete the Registration Form.

Step 5: Click Submit.

Step 6: Proceed to payment at Info > Pay Now.

Registration Policies:

1. Registrations made are NON-TRANSFERRABLE.

2. All payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE.

3. The organiser reserves the right to amend any part of the program without giving prior notice should the need arise.

4. The organiser reserves the right to cancel the event or any part thereof without prior notice in the event of an act of

           God, fire, the act of government, terrorism, war, or any other event beyond the control of the organiser.

Cancellation Policies:

1. No cancellation is allowed.

2. No refund will be made after registration.

3. No replacement will be accepted.

Important Notes:

1. The registration fee for on-site participants includes coffee breaks and lunch during the event.

2. The registration fee DOES NOT COVER transportation and accommodation.

3. Registration closing date is on 1st of September 2023. EXTENDED to 6th of September 2023 5PM (UTC+8)
