REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

Important Notice 

• Each participating medical school may register ONE team only.
• Each team must consist of 3–5 undergraduate medical students.
• Only ONE representative per team is required to complete the registration on UM Event system and make the payment on behalf of all team members.
• The registration fee is charged per person, and the total payment will be calculated based on the number of participants registered.
• The same representative must also complete the Google Registration Form after completing the UM Event registration.

Your team’s participation will only be confirmed once both registrations (UM Event and Google Form) are completed.

Registration Fees (Per Person)

The registration fee does not include accommodation.
The same registration rate applies to accompanying lecturers, coaches, and observers.

 REGISTRATION PROCESS:

Step 1 : Create a UM EVENT Account.

1. Click here to create your UM EVENT account.
2. Fill in the required information.
3. Check your email and click the verification link to activate your account.

 Step 2 : Register for the Event

1. Log in to your UM EVENT account.
2. Go to Event List and locate:
   “22^nd INTER-MEDICAL SCHOOL PHYSIOLOGY QUIZ 2026”
3. Click Register.
4. Complete the Registration Form and click Submit.

 STEP 3 : PAYMENT

1. Click My Event.
2. Select “22^nd INTER-MEDICAL SCHOOL PHYSIOLOGY QUIZ 2026 (22ND IMSPQ 2026)”
3. Check the Payment Status and click Unpaid.
4. The total payment amount will be based on the number of participants registered, as the registration fee is charged per person.
5. Choose your preferred payment method and complete the payment.

Important Reminders

• Please note that bank charges or international transfer fees are not included in the registration fee and must be borne by the payer.
• Registration fees are non-refundable.       

After payment:

• A Payment Receipt will be generated.
• Please save the receipt and upload it to the Google Registration Form.
• Your Payment Status will be updated to Successful.
• You will receive a Registration Confirmation Email within 48 hours.

Step 4: Google Form Registration

Complete the Google Registration Form by the same representative of your team.
