Payment Instructions
Please note that the payment needs to be made through the UM Event System website.
We are pleased to offer a 10+1 Group Registration Package for both local and international participants.
Terms & Conditions / Procedure:
• This package allows 1 FREE registration for every 10 paid registrations (i.e. register 11 people but pay for only 10).
• This offer is only applicable to payments made via EFT through the event website.
• All 11 participants must be from the same institution and registered under one transaction to qualify for this offer.
• The free participant must be included in the initial list submitted during group registration and is non-transferable once confirmed.
• Please email the complete list of names (10 paid + 1 free) along with proof of payment to the Secretariat at aprughc2025@um.edu.my after completing the online registrations.
Kindly note that the conference does not provide support for transportation, accommodation, visa applications, registration fee waivers, or any form of financial assistance. All participants are responsible for making their own arrangements related to travel and participation.

If an author wishes to withdraw their registration or if a participant is unable to attend and cannot transfer their participation to another individual, the following refund policy will apply:
The conference organising committee reserves the right to interpret and explain the abovementioned terms.
