Registration Guideline

Registration

All participants are required to register through the online registration system by:

 1) Clicking on "Login" on this website.

2) Create a user account (click on "Register a new account").

3) Fill in your details and click "SUBMIT".

A confirmation email will be sent to you regarding the set-up of your account.

Registered participant will be able to track process of payment and submission of abstract or paper on their account.

Registration Fees

Registeration Fees : USD 250 / MYR 1050

Student Registeration Fees : USD 125 / MYR 525

Group Registeration Fees : USD 100 / MYR 420 (Group of 4 students above from same institution)

Banquet Fees

Participant : USD 50 / MYR 208

Accomodation

Hotel Sentral Kuala Lumpur

Queen Room (Incl Breakfast) :  MYR 120 per night

Twin Room (Incl Breakfast) : RM120 per night
