Payment details will be prepared once you submitted your registration form

Cancellation Policy:

- If participants do not pay for the registration fees by the deadline, unless they have an official letter from the university, their registration will no longer be valid.
- For participants wishing to withdraw their conference registration after having submitted the form within 15 days prior to the conference date, 50% from the paid amount will be deducted as cancellation fee.
