15% discount will be given for group registration (5 persons and above)

Cancellations must be made in writing by email to iceat2022@gmail.com. If the author want to withdraw manuscript or the participant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:

  • Before 50 days of the conference: The remaining refund after deducting the handling fee.
  • Between 50-30 days before the conference: 50% of Payment Refund.
  • After 25th May 2023: No Refund

Conference organizing committee reserves all rights in the explanation of above terms. 

MODES OF PAYMENT

Please choose your payment mode from the following options:

E-payment (credit card)/FPX via Participant Login (Preferred) / Manual Payment (PO/LO)

Payment may be made using e-payment setup at the "Login" page. Click "Payment" and continue with the required credit card details. (Follow the steps in this video: http://umevent.um.edu.my/manual/umconference-login_payment.mp4)

Once payment has been made, email the proof of payment (receipt/bank slip) to attisa@um.edu.my and also upload it in the website.

Important:

  1. Please include remarks “CEAT2023(UM.0000471/KWJ.SR)” in your e-payment.
  2. All bank/transfer charges are to be borne by the participant and must not be deducted from the conference fees.
  3. After registration, click 'Pay Now', and select Manual Payment. Upload the proof of payment (e.g. receipt/PO/LO etc.) to your registration account. 
  4. Once payment has been made, email the proof of payment to attisa@um.edu.my, include the Paper ID in the subject line.

The payment status will be confirmed once the conference admin has verified the receipt of your payment.
