The 7th Postgraduate Research C (FLL-PGRC7) aims to provide postgraduate students with a platform to share their research with their peers within the faculty and also with others in other higher institutions of education in Malaysia and abroad, in the field of languages and linguistics. The theme for the conference is “Research in Languages and Linguistics” and will be held at the Faculty of Languages and Linguistics, University of Malaya on 30 November 2019. Participation is open to all local and international postgraduate students attached to any learning institutions in Malaysia and abroad.
Objectives:
- To promote potential research collaboration among postgraduate students in institutions of higher learning in the field of languages and linguistics.
- To gather local and international researchers and postgraduate students to exchange ideas and share their studies on all aspects of the field of Linguistics and English as a Second Language.
- To promote new ideas and concepts in analysing languages in different contexts and perspectives.
- To present and discuss the current issues, trends, and concerns in the field of languages and linguistics.
