WORKSHOP ON FTIR 2023: APPLICATION IN POLYMER ELECTROLYTES
COURSE OBJECTIVE
The main motivation for organizing this workshop is to provide a platform for postgraduates, researchers and technologists involved in various sub-disciplines of Advanced Materials and Devices to recognize, involve or further strengthen the use of FTIR spectroscopy in their research activities. The expected interaction between experts and young participants will not only help in forging new relationships but will also result in creating interdisciplinary, inter-institutional collaboration programs at the local and possibly international level.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
The course is designed for students and researchers from universities, research institutes and industries who have had no prior experience with FTIR. An understanding of basic chemistry and physics is requisite. Since it is intended for all participants to use the equipment in the laboratory session, the class size is limited to 40 participants. The participants are allow to bring one (1) sample to test during the demo session.
