Abstract Submission

Abstract should be submitted before 30^th March 2019 based on any of the topic areas listed in the section topics of this website or related areas. Please be informed that we use a conference management system in sorting and receiving your papers and abstracts. Upon abstract acceptance, authors will be requested to submit full paper. Accepted full paper contributions can be presented in person (oral and poster).

All submissions should be in English and contain original research results. All accepted and registered papers of ICE & ICIE 2019 will be published in one of the following journals:

1.    Ingenieria e Investigacion (ISI/Web of Science)
2.    Journal of Engineering Research (ISI/Web of Sicence)
3.    Journal of Mechanical Engineering and Science (JMES) (SCOPUS)
4.    Malaysian Journal of Public Health Medicine (MJPHM) (SCOPUS)
5.    IOP Conference Series : Materials Science and Engineering (SCOPUS)

Note : The scientific committee will decide journals for each paper based on the quality, comments from reviewers and journal editor before 30 July 2019.

Authors must prepare their papers using our Microsoft Word templates, and then convert these to PDF format for submission:

Make sure your abstract file will have a filename “Paper title.doc”

Submit your abstract to easychair.org/conferences/?conf=4thiceand2ndicie2019 and register your participation at umconference.um.edu.my/ICEICIE2019

Full Paper Submission

1. Prepare your paper in MS Word

2. All papers should be 10 pages (maximum)

3. Must be written in strict accordance with the format

4. All paper should be written in English

5. Fill up the Paper Submission Form

6. Make sure your manuscript file will have a filename “(Topic field)Paper title.pdf”

7.Make sure your Paper Submission Form will have a filename “(Topic field) Paper submission form.xls”.

   For example:
   E9Ergonomic assessment model for manual assembly task.pdf
   E9Paper submission form.xls

8. Submit your full paper to easychair.org/conferences/?conf=4thiceand2ndicie2019 and paper submission form to ice2019.my@gmail.com before 31st May 2019.
