Presentation Guidelines (Pre-recorded Video)
Submission Deadline: 30th October 2026
Permitted Languages: Malay, English, or Arabic
1. Video Specifications & Format

Accepted Languages: Presentations can be conducted in Malay, English, or Arabic only.

Duration: 15 to 20 minutes (Strictly maximum 20 minutes; videos exceeding the time limit will not be processed).

Orientation: Landscape (16:9 Aspect Ratio).

Audio & Visual Quality: Ensure clear voice recording, adequate lighting, high-resolution visuals, and legible slide text. Choose a quiet recording environment free from background noise.
2. Video Naming Convention
Please rename your video file using the following standardized format prior to uploading:

Format: [IVCIJP 2026] - [Research Title] - [Presenter's Name]

Example: IVCIJP 2026 - Impact of Digital Learning Among Students - Ahmad Bin Ismail
3. Video Upload & Link Submission

Upload your finalized presentation video to your YouTube account.

Set the video privacy setting to Unlisted (so only those with the link can view it) or Public.

Copy the YouTube video link and submit it to the organizing committee via email: ivcijp@um.edu.my
4. Best Practices

Presenter Visibility (Picture-in-Picture): Presenters are strongly encouraged to enable camera recording alongside the presentation slides (e.g., webcam overlay/picture-in-picture mode in the corner) to increase engagement.

Dress Code: Formal or smart corporate attire is required during the video recording.

Pacing & Slide Numbering: Speak at a clear and moderate pace. Include slide numbers at the bottom of each slide for easy reference during Q&A sessions.

Technical Review: All links must be submitted by 30th October 2026 to allow the technical committee sufficient time to verify video and audio quality prior to the event.
