-To strengthen and enhance excellence of Dental Faculty in University of Malaya
-To introduce technology from Japan to Malaysia, and to contribute in the development of dental care.
-Improve the quality of life of Malaysians by introducing the SEMCD concept to the dentists and dental technicians in Malaysia.
-To improve and advance clinical skills amongst general dentist.

-Dental practitioners and specialist with interest in mandibular suction effective denture (local and regional)
-Technicians with interest in mandibular suction effective denture (local and regional)
-Postgraduate students from faculty of dentistry, University of Malaya.

Application for relevant CPD points will be made to Malaysian Dental Council based on the category of participation.
