Greetings,

We are pleased to announce that the Seminar on Internal-External Quality Assurance (SieQA) 2024 will be held on 11 and 12 September 2024 at Universiti Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. SieQA 2024 is organized by Quality Management and Enhancement Centre (QMEC), Universiti Malaya in collaboration with Malaysian Higher Education Institutions Quality Assurance Network (MyQAN) and Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA). With the theme of “Navigating the Future: Advancing Quality Assurance in an AI-Driven Educational Landscape,” SieQA 2024 aims to provide a valuable insight on harnessing AI in the Quality Assurance landscape, particularly for personalized learning, preparing for the AI revolution and how AI can play a vital role in continuous improvement in higher education. SieQA 2024 consists of three keynote speeches from leaders in quality assurance and higher education and two forums focussing on the use of AI in accreditation and building competencies in higher education. There will also be poster presentations on the first day, and two hands-on masterclasses on the second day.
