REGISTRATION GUIDELINE


Register now to join UMRIIS 2025, which features the Innovation Expo and International Transdisciplinary Research Conference 2025 (INTRAC 2025), happening on 22–23 October 2025 at Dewan Tunku Canselor (DTC), Universiti Malaya, Malaysia.

To register, please follow the steps below carefully:

🔗 Step 1: Visit the Official Event Page

👤 Step 2: Sign in to UM Event Account

If you are a first-time user, you need to register a new account on the UM Event System:

  1. Click “Register a new account.”
  2. Fill up the Individual Account Registration form and click “Submit.”
  3. You will receive a confirmation email — click the activation link to complete your account setup.

✅ Already have an account?
Just sign in with your username and password.

🖥 Step 3: Register for UMRIIS 2025

Once signed in:

  1. Click the “Registration” button on the left panel.
  2. Fill in your personal details.
  3. Choose the registration category, either "Innovation Expo" or "Innovation Expo + INTRAC 2025".
  4. Enter your Paper ID assigned by the INTRAC 2025 Secretariat. If you are only registering for Innovation Expo, just enter "not applicable".
  5. Register either as a "Participant" for Innovation Expo or as a "Presenter" for Innovation Expo + INTRAC 2025.
  6. Click “Submit” to complete your registration.

For participants from outside Universiti Malaya, kindly proceed with Step 4

💳 Step 4: Fee Payment and Confirmation

  1. Click the “Payment” button on the left panel.
  2. Click “Pay Now.”
  3. Select the fee price according to your registration category.
  4. Choose your payment method, enter the security code, and click “Submit.”
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment.
  6. After completing payment, keep the receipt as your proof of payment for reference.
  7. You will receive a confirmation email once your fee payment is completed.

Registration Policies:

  • Your registration will only be valid once full payment has been received by the organizer.

  • The organizer reserves the right to amend any part of the program without prior notice should the need arise.

  • The conference registration fee does not cover transportation or accommodation.

  • The organizer reserves the right to cancel the conference or any part thereof without prior notice in the event of force majeure (e.g., act of God, fire, government action, terrorism, war, or other events beyond the organizer’s control).

Cancellation Policies:

  • Once the organizer has received the full payment, no cancellation is allowed.

  • No refund will be made after registration.
