SUBMISSION GUIDELINE
MODES OF SUBMISSION
There are three modes of submission:
1. Individual Paper Presenter/First Author : Submit an individual abstract as the first author or presenter.
2. Panel Proposal : Submit a collective proposal for a panel session (4-6 presenters). *Please refer panel guidelines for more information.
3. Panel Member : Provide your individual paper details to the panel leader and submit an abstract if required after the panel is accepted.Note:
Time slots for panel sessions will be allocated based on the number of papers included in each panel.
HOW TO SUBMIT
1. For Individual Paper Presenters/First Authors :
- Please submit only one abstract as the first author/presenter. The first author/presenter should provide information about their co-authors upon submission.
- Co-authors are only required to register as participants if they wish to attend the conference after the acceptance of the paper.
2. For Panel Proposals :
Please submit only one proposal, which should include:
- The panel title
- A main abstract and keywords
- The list of paper presenters (names, emails, and affiliations)
- The title, abstract, and keywords for each paper presenter
Submissions must be made by the panel leader, and the language of the panel should be clearly indicated.
3. For Panel Members :
- Panel members are required to submit their paper title, abstract, keywords, and personal information (name, email, and affiliation) to the panel leader prior to the panel submission.
- Panel members are required to send their revised individual abstract to panel leader if revisions are required.
- After the panel proposal has been accepted, panel members need to register as a presenter through UM Event.

5. Review Results :
Abstract / panel proposal review results will be notified through email.

The organising committee reserves the final decision-making authority regarding the acceptance or rejection of the abstract.

- 共同作者在论文被接收后,若希望参会,则需注册为参会者。
2. 关于小组提案 :
请提交 仅一个专题提案 ,其中应包括:
- 小组标题
- 主要摘要 和 关键词
- 论文发表人名单 (姓名、电邮和单位)
- 每位论文发表人的 标题 、 摘要 和 关键词
提交必须由 小组组长 进行,并明确说明小组使用的语言。
3. 关于小组成员 :
- 小组成员需在小组提交前向 小组负责人 提供个人论文的 标题 、 摘要 、 关键词 和 个人信息 (姓名、电邮和单位)。
- 如有需要,小组成员需向小组负责人提供修订后的个人摘要。
- 在小组提案通过后,小组成员需在UM Event注册为发表人。
4. 投稿模板 :
*若选择使用其他语言,请附上英文版摘要/个人提案。
5. 评审结果 :
摘要/小组提案评审结果将通过电邮通知。
6. 提交流程 :
有关摘要/个人提案提交的详细流程,请参阅 “How to Register” 页面,并通过提供的步骤完成投稿。
7. 筹委会的权利
组委会保留对摘要接受与否的最终决定权。
