For international postgraduate students (non-Malaysian nationals), we also pleased to launch the Global Student Accommodation Support Programme by providing the accommodation during the conference period in Kuala Lumpur. All presenters and participants need to arrange their own transport from airport to the hotel. Transportation will be arranged by organisers from the hotel to the venue of conference. Please provide the hotel information during confirmation of registration.
Notes:
1. Pickup service from hotel to conference venue is only available for Hilton PJ, Crystal Crown, Wyndham Grand & VE Hotel. Urban living is located 5-10 minutes walking distance from the conference venue. Therefore, no pickup service is provided.
2. Local observers have to arrange your own transport. No pickup service is provided.Excursion

Weather
Kuala Lumpur experiences hot and humid weather with temperature between 25 – 35oC. Rain is unexpected but can occur on daily basis, particularly in the evening. Sunny days are all year round.
Language
English is widely spoken in Malaysia. Besides that, other spoken languages include Malay (Bahasa Melayu – like Bahasa Indonesia), Chinese (Hokkien/ Cantonese/ Mandarin), Tamils, Punjabi etc.
Visa requirement
International visitors are required to check with the Malaysian Embassy/ Consulate at your respective place / online.
