Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentation

  1. Presentation slide
    1. Kindly prepare your presentation slide in two formats i.e. (i) .pptx (Microsoft PowerPoint) and (ii) PDF
    2. Please bring your presentation slide on a USB flash drive.
    3. Please upload the presentation slide at the respective Oral presentation rooms, at least 1 hour before your presentation session begins.
    4. All files loaded in the congress computers will be automatically deleted at the end of the presentation day.
  2. Oral session
    1. Presenter will be given 10 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes of Q&A.
    2. Presentation which exceed allocated time duration would be stopped immediately to prevent delay in the schedule.

Poster Presentation

  1. Posters must be in the “Portrait” orientation (not “Landscape”)
  2. Maximum poster size is A1 – 80 cm (height) x 60 cm (width)
  3. Poster presenters are required to be by their posters during all poster sessions to interact with judges and fellow participants.
  4. All posters have to be mounted on the board on 8.00 am- 9.00 am on 19th December 2019 or 8.00 am – 8.30am on 20th December.
  5. Mounting materials appropriate for the boards (Velcro tape or pins, etc.) will be provided by BSGC Secretariat.
  6. All posters have to be removed from the board by 5 pm each day.
