1st deadline extension: Till 21st July 2019

2nd deadline extension: Till 15th September 2019

Acceptance Notification

All abstract submitted were currently under reviewing process. Abstract submitted before 21st June will be reviewed first (1st group), followed by the 2nd group (abstract submitted before 21st July) and 3rd group (abstract submitted before/by 15th September). 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Acceptance/invitation letter will only be issued after the abstract was reviewed and full payment was made. 

Participant will be notified no later than 21 September 2019
