Abstract Submission Instructions
We invite participants to submit abstracts and full papers for consideration. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure your submission is complete and considered for review.

General Guidelines
Language: All abstracts and full papers must be written in English.

Word Limit: Abstracts should not exceed 300 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations).

Format 
Please use the following structure:

Title: Concise and descriptive.

Authors: Full names of all authors with affiliations.

Submission Process
Abstract Deadline: All abstracts must be submitted by 13 July 2025.

Full Paper Deadline: All papers must be submitted by 31 August 2025.

Submission Platform: Submit your abstract and full papers via https://umevent.um.edu.my/APGC2025

File Format: Submit as a Microsoft Word document (.doc or .docx).

File Naming: Use this format for file names for abstracts and full papers: LastName_FirstName_Abstract.docx and LastName_FirstName_Fullpaper.docx.

Review and Notification
All abstract and full paper submissions will be peer-reviewed.

Accepted abstracts will be notified by 7-15 July 2025.

Selected abstracts may be invited for oral or poster presentation.

Additional Notes
Ensure your abstract and full paper is free from spelling and grammatical errors.

Do not include tables, figures, or references in the abstract.

Abstracts and Full papers not conforming to the guidelines/templates may be rejected.
