Abstract Preparation
Abstracts should be prepared in English using the given template:

 Submission
Abstract must be submitted via the online system before the deadline.
The presenting authors must be registered in ICFMD2024 as a "presenter" in order to enable the online submission.

 Acceptance
The scientific committee will make the final decision on the type of presentation for the accepted abstracts.

Format of Posters and Poster Sessions

Display Size

• Posters should be prepared in standard A1 size, with dimensions of 594mm (width) × 841mm (height) in portrait orientation.

• It is important that your poster does not exceed these specificized measurements.

Poster Mounting

• All posters must be affixed using Velcro, which will be provided by the organizers during the registration.

• The use of any other mounting methods is strictly prohibited.

Setup and Takedown Information

• Posters can be set up on the first day (6 August 2024) from morning to 1:00 pm.

• Posters must be taken down on the second day (7 August 2024) from noon to 10:00 pm.

Poster Number and Location

• Please refer to your email, tentative schedule or abstract book to check your poster number.

• Please refer to the floor plan which will be provided later to find the position of your poster.

Availability During Sessions

• You are required to remain near your poster during the designated times to engage with attendees regarding your work.

3 Minutes Presentation of Poster

On 6 August 2024 (Tuesday, Day 1), each poster presenter will deliver a 3-minute oral presentation highlighting the key features of their poster, using only one PowerPoint slide.

• Please share your presentation slide with a committee member during registration at the registration counter.

• You will be evaluated by panels during the 3-minute oral presentation.

• There will be no question and answer session during the 3-minute oral presentation.

• After your 3-minute presentation, please go to your poster for a question and answer session (Refer to the tentative schedule). No judging will be done by the panel at your poster.

• Additionally, you are encouraged to remain at your poster during the morning tea break on 7 August 2024 for another opportunity to engage in discussions with attendees.

Poster Awards

• Awards will be given for the best 3-minute poster presentations.

• The award will be presented during the gala dinner on 7 August 2024.

• Further details regarding the awards will be announced later.
