Abstracts should be prepared in English using the given template:

Submission
Abstract must be submitted via the online system before the deadline.
The presenting authors must be registered in ICFMD2026 as a "presenter" in order to enable the online submission.
Acceptance
The scientific committee will make the final decision on the presentation type for the accepted abstracts.
1. Poster Format
Posters must be prepared in A1 size (594 mm × 841 mm) in portrait orientation.
Please ensure that your poster does not exceed the specified dimensions.
2. Poster Mounting
Posters must be mounted using Velcro, which will be provided by the conference organizer during registration.
The use of other mounting materials, such as tape, glue, or pins, is not permitted.
3. Poster Setup
The Oral-P presentations will be divided into two sessions:
Session 1: 28 July 2026
Session 2: 29 July 2026
Please set up your poster during your assigned session.
The detailed poster presentation schedule will be announced soon.
4. Poster Number and Location
Please refer to the programme book or the abstract book to identify your assigned poster number.
A floor plan showing the poster locations will be provided before the conference.
5. Presentation and Evaluation
Presenters are required to remain at their posters during the designated evaluation period.
Each presenter will be given 3 minutes to present their research, followed by a brief question-and-answer session with the judges, if applicable.
Presenters are encouraged to engage with conference participants throughout the poster session.
6. Poster Evaluation Criteria
Your Oral-P presentation will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
Content and scientific quality – 25%
Visual design and layout – 20%
Clarity of oral presentation – 15%
Knowledge and understanding – 15%
Response to questions – 15%
References and academic integrity – 5%
Overall impact and professionalism – 5%
7. Best Poster Awards
Outstanding Oral-P presentations will be selected based on the evaluation scores. The Best Poster Awards will be presented during the Closing Ceremony on 30 July 2026.
