Payment Mode

• By credit card only.
• We accept payment for Visa & Master cards only. You will need to register online to get an ID before further login to make payment.

Invitation Letter

• Should you need an invitation letter for visa application purposes, please contact icosem_um@um.edu.my 

Confirmation

• Attention Student Participants: Please include a copy of your Student Identity card (or any other valid proof) with your abstract submission to validate your student activation status. You may submit and upload two files. Students won't be able to upload their student ID cards to UMEvent if they aren't presenting abstracts. In that case, the student must email a copy of their student ID along with the required details to icosem_um@um.edu.my email. Only then will your registration and abstract be accepted.
• Your registration will only be complete when your payment is received. You will be able to view your payment receipt on the registration page once your payment is successful.
