By KLIA Ekspres (Fastest Route): Visitors can take the KLIA Ekspres train from the airport directly to KL Sentral Station. The journey takes approximately 28–33 minutes. From KL Sentral, you can easily transfer to the LRT train network or take a short taxi ride to Bangsar South (see "Via KL Sentral" below).

By Taxi or E-hailing (Grab): Metered taxis and e-hailing services like Grab are widely available at the airport. The drive to Bangsar South takes about 45 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic.

Traveling via KL Sentral Station (Central Transit Hub)

If you are arriving via KL Sentral—Kuala Lumpur's main transportation hub—getting to the venue is very quick:

By LRT (Light Rail Transit): Take the Kelana Jaya LRT Line heading towards Putra Heights. Alight at either the Kerinchi LRT Station or Universiti (KL Gateway) LRT Station. From Kerinchi LRT Station, it is roughly an 8–10 minute walk via the Kerinchi Link Bridge into Bangsar South; from Universiti Station, it is a 5–7 minute walk, or you may take the complimentary shuttle bus. Please note The Vertical building is located directly opposite the Nexus building within Bangsar South—do check with venue signage or concierge on arrival to head to the correct tower.

By Taxi / Grab: A direct drive from KL Sentral to Bangsar South takes roughly 10–15 minutes.

• Subway/LRT Station: LRT Kelana Jaya Line (alight at Universiti or Kerinchi Station).
• MRT Train Services: Connect to the LRT network via major interchange stations like Pasar Seni or Muzium Negara (connected to KL Sentral).

• KL Sentral Area: Hotels in KL Sentral (e.g., Hilton KL, Le Méridien, Aloft) are excellent alternatives. Because KL Sentral is a major transit hub, you are only a few LRT stops away from the venue, with easy access to the rest of the city and the airport.
• Other Nearby Areas: There are numerous business-class and boutique hotels in nearby areas like Mid Valley City and Bangsar, all well within a short 10-minute commuting distance.

• Nearby Bus Station: Kuala Lumpur Sentral Bus Terminal. Alternatively, the RapidKL Bus T631 runs from Mid Valley Megamall to The Village, Bangsar South, and a dedicated Bangsar South Shuttle Bus runs from LRT Universiti every 30 minutes on weekdays (8 AM–8 PM).
