Universiti Malaya and Taylor's University are proud to organise Flow Cytometry & Genome Size Determination Workshop in conjunction with the Malaysia National Banana Congress (MNBC) 2021. This workshop aims to provide an introduction to the Flow Cytometry (FCM) technique as a tool to evaluate new plant specimens and to determine the ploidy level of a plant cell. This information is especially crucial to produce rapid and accurate plant analysis results especially in the field of population genetics.
Who should attend?: Students, researchers, or anyone who is interested to learn about the techniques used in flow cytometry.
