Fees and Registration

ONLINE REGISTRATION:

Click on "Login" button of the conference page and sign up. Once you have registered, a registration confirmation letter will be sent to your email.

*Transaction charges imposed by the recipient bank will be borne by participants. We will inform you if there is any discrepancy in the amount received.

Go to the e-payment setup at the "Login" page. Click "Payment" and continue with the required credit card details. Once payment has been made, please fill out the Information & Payment form to confirm your registration and upload proof of payment/student status. For any enquiry, please email us at umds2019@um.edu.my with email subject "UMDS2019 Payment: (Your registered name)".

A co-presenter is who attending will be required to register and make full payment too.

Important:

4. All attending delegates and co-presenters are required to pay the conference fees.
 

5. Conference fees must be paid in full by 19 June 2019 for abstracts to be included in the conference programme. 

6. In any case of a withdrawal, a 50% refund is available if a request for refund is made to the Conference Secretariat by 26 June 2019. No refund will be provided after this date.

7. Registration fee includes a conference pack as well as lunch and tea servings throughout conference duration.
