Presentation Guidelines
No specific template
Prepare your slides based on the content of your full paper.
Focus on key points, visuals, and clarity to convey your research during the conference effectively.
Ensure it is suitable for a 10-12 minute presentation.
Five minutes of Q&A session.
Dress professionally regardless of presentation format.
Physical Presenters:
Bring your presentation in softcopy format (e.g., USB drive, laptop).
Arrive early to set up and test your equipment.
Online Presenters:
Detailed guidelines and instructions will be provided to you one day before the event.
Ensure your Zoom link is accessible and tested in advance.
Be prepared for any technical requirements specified in the guidelines.
