Travel Grants

We are committed to ensuring that the ASEAN Hospital-at-Home Conference 2026 is accessible to a diverse group of practitioners and researchers from across the region.

A limited number of travel grants are available to support travel and/or accommodation costs ONLY for participants who require financial assistance to attend.

Eligibility & Coverage

• Funding Scope: Grants are strictly for travel (flights) and/or accommodation ONLY

• Target: Priority will be given to participants who demonstrate a clear financial need and whose attendance will significantly benefit their home institution or local healthcare system.

How to Apply

If you wish to be considered for a travel grant, please email your request to hospitalathome@um.edu.my with the following supporting documents attached:

1. Brief Curriculum Vitae (CV): Maximum 4 pages, highlighting your professional background and expertise.

2. Statement of Need: Maximum 300 words. Please ensure your statement includes:

   • Which coverage is required (Travel, Accommodation, or both).

   • Estimated budget requirements.

   • Why financial support is required.

   • How attending this conference will benefit your current work or institution.

3. Official Support Letter: A cover letter from your direct line manager or supervisor supporting your application.
