Our ASEAN Hospital-at-Home Conference 2026 is structured over one and a half days to provide a comprehensive transition from high-level strategic planning to practical, hands-on implementation.

Day 1: Main conference featuring plenary sessions and forum 

7 May: 0800hrs – 1700hrs (followed by Networking Dinner)

• Morning Session: We begin with a deep dive into the Hospital-at-Home (HaH) Landscape, examining successful routine implementations and the role of HaH in addressing the region's increasing healthcare capacity pressures.

• Afternoon Session: Focus shifts to the Financial & Operational Framework, exploring cost-effectiveness across different ASEAN healthcare financing models and defining the core competencies required for safe service delivery.

• Evening: An Exclusive Networking Dinner, offering a dedicated space for clinicians, administrators, and innovators to build lasting professional connections

Day 2: .Interactive group discussion 

8 May: 0800hrs – 1300hrs

We are hosting a series of moderated, small-group sessions for active exchange, focusing on the "ground-level" realities of bringing Hospital-at-Home to your institution. 

We will move through two critical phases:

• 09:20 | Phase 1: Exploring Readiness & Barriers – A candid look at the clinical, logistical, and cultural hurdles specific to the ASEAN healthcare landscape.

• 10:50 | Phase 2: Prioritising Solutions – A collaborative effort to identify and rank actionable strategies to overcome those key barriers.

Expression of Interest: To ensure high-quality, facilitated dialogue, slots for these discussions are limited. At this stage, we are only seeking an expression of interest. If you would like to be part of these working groups, please indicate your interest in the RSVP form. This will help us finalize the logistics and group sizes. Those who express interest will receive detailed session briefings via email closer to the event date.
