Conference Registration:

Step 1: Click on the Login button on the menu panel.

Step 2:  Click Register a new account to register your account (For existing UMEvent users, please use the User ID and Password used during your first-time sign-in. In case of loss of password, kindly retrieve your password using I forgot my password button)

Step 3: Verify your account by clicking the verification link sent to your registered email.

Step 4: Following the Login, complete the Conference Registration Form.

Step 5: Click Submit.

Step 6: Proceed to payment at Info>Pay Now.

Confirmation and Payment:

1. Proceed to payment on the International Dental Traumatology Conference 2024 landing page in UMEvent.

2. Follow the instructions given on the payment page.

3. The payment status will be confirmed once the Secretariat has verified the receipt of your payment.

4. Your registration will be valid and confirmed once the organiser has received full payment.

Registration Policies:

• A 50% refund will be granted to participants who wish to withdraw their registration three weeks prior to the conference date.
• No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made less than three weeks prior to the conference date.
• The organiser reserves the right to amend any part of the program without giving a prior notice.
• These policies are in place to ensure the effective planning and execution of the conference. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Important Notes:

• The conference registration fee includes door gift, coffee breaks and lunch during the conference.

• The conference registration fee DOES NOT COVER transportation or accommodation.

• Registration dateline for early bird is on the 15th of Jan 2024. Registration deadline is on the 2nd of Feb 2024 (5.00 pm)..
