ABOUT ILOC 2021

The Malaysian Solid State Science and Technology Society (MASS) and Low Dimensional Materials Research Centre (LDMRC) University of Malaya, invite those who are creative and innovative to join the International Low Dimensional Materials Innovation and Design Competition 2021 (ILOC 2021). This event provides a virtual platform to share ideas through competition. Academicians, industry players and students of higher learning institutions and schools are welcomed to join this event. Any related topic or theme about ILOC2021 are cordially invited to participate.


OBJECTIVES OF ILOC 2021

  • Share ideas, exhibit and present creations, innovations and inventions produced by professionals, academics and non-academics, IPTA and IPTS, students, Polytechnics, Statutory Bodies, NGOs, and industry.
  • Cultivate and encourage the culture of designing, designing and evaluating the latest products or improving the quality of existing creations through continuous research.
  • Promote the production and study of patented and commercialized invention products, as well as stimulate and generate creativity in the participants.
  • Establish an industrial network and promote the products and innovative ideas among the local community and entrepreneurs.
