1. Register as a new user in portal or login to the portal. Click here for Account Registration Manual.

  2. Fill in the event registration form. Click here for Event Registration Manual.

  3. Upload the abstract/ extended abstract before 31st August 2021. Click here for Abstract/ Extended Abstract Submission Manual. Please use the abstract/ extended abstract template provided on this website.

  4. Panels will review the abstract and send an abstract acceptance notification.

  5. Participants need to upload the video presentation to the Google Drive folder provided by the organizer after acceptance of the abstract. Dateline for uploading the video is by 10th September 2020.

  6. Payment must be made after receiving the abstract acceptance notification. The last payment dateline is on 10th September 2021. Payment can be made by Online (Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Online Banking (FPX) or Manual Payment (participant require to upload payment slip e.g. Telegraphic Transfer (TT)/ Instant Interbank Fund Transfer (IBFT)/ Interbank Giro (IBG)/ Local Order (LO)/ Purchase Order (PO).
