Important Information for IpEC 2025 Participants

Dear Participants,

Warm greetings from the IpEC 2025 Secretariat!

We are delighted to welcome you to the International and Postgraduate Education Conference (IpEC) 2025, hosted at Goethe University Frankfurt, Germany, on 22–23 September 2025. Please take note of the following important arrangements to help you prepare for the conference.

3. Registration

Day 1 – 22 September 2025 (Monday)

  • Onsite Registration:

Time: 10:00–10:25 CET (16:00–16:25 MYT)

  • Online Registration:

Time: 10:00–10:25 CET (16:00–16:25 MYT)

Platform: Zoom Meeting (https://tinyurl.com/IpEC2025-zoom)

4. Online Access (for Online Presenters & Participants)

 

All sessions, including the Opening Ceremony, Keynotes, Parallel Sessions, and Closing Ceremony, will be livestreamed. You may join the sessions via Zoom using the same link:

Once inside, you can select your event/parallel session by choosing the preferred virtual room. You may check the conference/ parallel sessions here: Parallel Sessions and also download the official Zoom background for presenters here.

5. Onsite Presentation Guidelines

  • Upload your presentation slides here [Google Form] one day before your session.

  • Duration: 15 minutes presentation + 10 minutes Q&A.

6. Online Presentation Guidelines

Before the Conference Day

  • Ensure you have the Zoom application installed and that you are logged in.

  • Review the conference tentative to confirm your assigned breakout room. Rooms are labelled as Virtual Room 1, Virtual Room 2, Virtual Room 3, as well as the Main Hall and Parallel (Onsite) for hybrid sessions.

  • Prepare and upload your slide presentation and submit it to Google Drive at least a day before your presentation.[Google Form]


 

On the Conference Day

  • Step 1: Click on the official Zoom link provided (https://tinyurl.com/IpEC2025-zoom) to join the main session of IpEC 2025.

  • Step 2: Locate the “Breakout Rooms” button at the bottom of your Zoom window.

  • Step 3: Click on “Breakout Rooms.” A list of available rooms will appear. Find and select the room assigned to you (e.g., Virtual Room 1 or Virtual Room 2).

  • Step 4: Click “Join.” You will be automatically placed into your assigned breakout room.

  • Test your microphone and camera to ensure they are functioning properly.

  • Be ready to share your screen and begin your presentation at the scheduled time.

7. Poster Presentations

  • Poster presentations will be presented via pre-recorded video only.

  • The video presentations will be displayed according to the tentative schedule.

  • No live Q&A session for posters.

  • Best Presenter Online (Top 3)

  • Best Poster Presentation (Top 3)

Authors can now check their acceptance status via email

 

[04 July 2025] : Virtual Platform Update

The virtual conference platform has changed from Zoom to Microsoft Teams.

 

[05 August 2025] : Full Paper Submission Deadline

The new due date for full paper submission is 5th August 2025 (previously 5th September 2025).

[05 August 2025] : Presenter FlowChart

[15 August 2025] – Extended Abstract Submission Deadline

Extended abstract submission has been extended to 15 August 2025.

 

[20 August 2025] – Final Full Paper Submission

Deadline for final full paper submission (including Special Session).
