MODE OF PRESENTATIONS

 

Abstract submitters may choose their preferred method of presentation upon abstract submission. However, the final decision lies with the Scientific Committee. All abstracts will be reviewed and assigned to an appropriate session. Authors of the accepted abstracts will be notified of the mode of presentations as follows:

Oral Presentation

  • A total of 15 minutes will be allocated for Oral Presentation, inclusive of 12 minutes of presentation and 3 minutes of question & answer.
  • Presenters must submit presentation slides in MS. PowerPoint format (.ppt or .pptx) with on-screen show 16:9 (landscape), file size not more than 5MB.
  • The presenter must present onsite during the conference.

Poster Presentation

  • Poster Presenters are required to display a hardcopy poster in portrait A0 size during the congress.

 

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES / TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Submitter must be the presenter during on-site.
  2. Submissions should be sent electronically via the conference website only. Abstracts submitted by fax, email or paper copy will NOT be considered.
  3. Abstracts must be submitted in English using the Online Abstract Submission Form. Text must be typewritten in Times New Roman. Information on font size can be obtained from the Abstract Sample.
  4. The abstract allows graphics or references.
  5. All the abstract content must fit into ONE page (including of graphic and references, if any)
  6. Submissions should be thoroughly checked for spelling and grammar before submission, as they will be reproduced as submitted by the author. Submitters are advised to seek assistance to proofread the abstract if English is not their first language.
  7. Once the abstract submission has been successful, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please ensure your email address is correct.
  8. Changes will not be entertained once the abstract has been submitted.

CONSENT, PERMISSION & COPYRIGHT

Submitters must conform to the following:

  1. To accept responsibility for the accuracy of the submitted abstract and understand that amendment is not allowed once it is submitted, and information provided will be published exactly as submitted.
  2. Submission of abstracts implies the author’s agreement to publish the abstract in all conference publications, including the website.
  3. Submitters are responsible for obtaining permission from any relevant regulatory authority and obtaining consent where appropriate.
  4. Submitters are responsible for ensuring the work is original and that it does not infringe upon any copyright, proprietary, or personal right of any party.

It is a prerequisite of the acceptance of the abstract that the submitter must register to attend the conference in person (physical attendance). Abstracts submitted before payment of registration are eligible for an offer of acceptance. However, final acceptance requires registration with full payment by 31 July 2026.
