Submission Guidelines

Submissions are open to researchers, professionals, academics, and students from both local and international institutions.

All authors must adhere to the prescribed template, which is available on this website.
Submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by any other conference or journal.
All abstracts must be written in English.
Registration must be completed exclusively via the UMEVENT Portal.
All abstract submissions (in .docx format) must be made exclusively through the CMT Platform.
Authors are permitted to submit more than one manuscript.
Selected abstracts will be considered for publication in indexed journals.

Step 1

Create an Account

For participants who have not yet registered with the UMEvent portal.
Click Here to Register

Step 2

Verify Your Registration

Check your registered email account and click the link to activate your account.

Step 3

Sign In & Register Event

Log in to the system, navigate to the Registration tab, complete the event registration form, and click Submit.

Step 4

Complete Registration

Your portal registration is now successfully completed.

Important Registration Notes:

All authors must prepare their abstracts using the official template (.docx format).

Create a CMT Account

Register for an account on Microsoft CMT (Conference Management Toolkit).
Register on CMT

Step 2

Verify Your Registration

Activate your account via the verification link sent to your registered email address.

Step 3

Sign In & Complete Submission Form

Sign in to the CMT system.
Click on "Create New Submission."
Enter the required manuscript details.
Upload your abstract file in .docx format (following the official template).
Click "Submit" to finalise your submission.

A confirmation email will be issued automatically upon successful submission via the CMT system.
