Submission Guidelines

Submissions are open to researchers, professionals, academics, and students from both local and international institutions.

• All authors must adhere to the prescribed template, which is available on this website.
• Submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by any other conference or journal.
• All abstracts must be written in English.
• Registration must be completed exclusively via the UMEVENT official registration system.
• All abstract submissions (in .docx format) must be made exclusively through the CMT platform.
• Authors are permitted to submit more than one manuscript.
• Selected abstracts will be considered for publication in indexed journals.

Registration:

Step 1: CREATE AN ACCOUNT

• Click here to register for participants who have not yet registered with the UMEvent portal.

Step 2: VERIFIED YOUR REGISTRATION

• Check your registered email and activate your account. 

Step 3: SIGN IN

• Log in here and navigate to the Registration tab. Complete the registration form and click Submit.

Step 4: COMPLETE REGISTRATION

• You are now successfully registered.

Important Notes

• Abstract submission must be completed separately through the CMT system.
• Payment must be made before the final payment deadline.

All authors must follow the prescribed template.  Download the Abstract template here.

Step 1: CREATE A CMT ACCOUNT

• Click here to register

Step 2: VERIFY YOUR REGISTRATION

• Activate your account via the link sent to your registered email.

Step 3: SIGN IN AND COMPLETE THE SUBMISSION FORM

• Sign in to the system
• Click on “Create New Submission.”
• Enter the required submission details and upload your abstract
• Click “Submit” to finalise your submission

A confirmation email will be sent upon successful submission via the CMT system.
