The University of Malaya as the elected RSCE organizer for 2019, has chosen the theme of the conference to be synchronized with one of Malaysia’s current National Agenda which is ‘Role of Chemical Engineering in the Era of Industrial Revolution 4.0’

On the 29th November 2019, pre-conference workshops were held in the Department of Chemical Engineering University of Malaya. There were 5 parallel workshop sessions on diverse topics as outlined below:

There were a total of 40 local and international participants in the workshops; from which many were registered delegates in the RSCE2019 conference. All the workshops have been accredited by Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and each accounts for 4 to 6 points towards the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) hours.
Several distinguished plenary speakers have been invited to share the most recent technological advancements and research updates in relevant engineering fields.
