Mohammad Tazli Azizan is Associate Professor of Lifelong Learning at Universiti Brunei Darussalam and CEO of Skolar Malaysia, holding a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London. A former member of the Ministry of Higher Education’s National Educational Policy Reform Taskforce and Vice President of the Society of Engineering Education Malaysia, he has delivered hundreds of keynotes and workshops on modern pedagogy, active learning, and Generative AI across the region.
