Starting with sale of CD-ROMs, the company soon grew in tangent with developments in the library and information sectors to distribute electronic information via Internet/Intranet. In September 1999, Access Dunia joined the iGroup network which was formally incorporated in mid-1999 to enable individual companies within the Group to benefit from a formal structure and to share resources and expertise.
