Guidelines for Oral Presentation

Time allocated for oral presentation is as follows:

1.      Keynote: 60 minutes

2.      Plenary: 45 minutes

3.      Contributed and student papers: 12 minutes presentation + 3 minutes Q & A

Time slots as scheduled in the scientific program will be strictly observed.

Kindly ensure that your presentation is in a commonly compatible format with MS PowerPoint version 2013 or 2010.

Please bring your presentation slides to the Secretariat & Preview Room (Mersawa Room, level LG) at least 24 hours in advance of your presentation slot assigned.
