AGDC 2025 Registration

Conference Registration:-

Step 1: Click on the Login button on the menu panel.

Step 2: Click Register a new account to register your account (For existing UMEvent users, please use the User ID and Password used during your first-time sign-in. In case of loss of password, kindly retrieve your password using I forgot my password button).

Step 3: Verify your account by clicking the verification link sent to your registered email.

Step 4: Following the Login, complete the Conference Registration Form.

Step 5: Click Submit.

Step 6: Proceed to payment at Info>Pay Now.

Confirmation and Payment:-

• Proceed to payment on the Geriatric Conference 2025 landing page in UMEvent.
• Follow the instructions given on the payment page.
• The payment status will be confirmed once the Secretariat has verified the receipt of your payment.
• Your registration will be valid and confirmed once the organiser has received full payment.

*Early bird Registration Deadline: 30 May 2025 7 June 2025

*Regular Registration Deadline: 30 June 2025

Delegate Registration Fee includes:-

• Attendance at all conference sessions & exhibition 
• Morning and afternoon refershment breaks and lunches
• Gala Dinner

Registration Policies:-

• Your registration will be valid when full payment had been received by the organizer.
• For those registering as participants only without abstract, it has been decided not to accept/ confirm registrations without receiving payment.
• The organizer reserves the rights to amend any part of the program without giving prior notice should the need arise.
• The conference registration fee DOES NOT COVER transportation or accomodation.
• The organizer reserves the rights to cancel the conference or any part there of without the prior notice in the event of act of God, fire, act of government, terrorism, war or any other event beyond the control of organizer.

Cancellation Policy:-

• No cancellation is allowed.
• No refund will be made after registration.
• No replacement will be accepted.
