Participate the 16th Southeast Asia Astronomy Network (SEAAN) Meeting 2026

We warmly invite researchers, academics, students, educators, professionals, and astronomy enthusiasts to participate in the 16th Southeast Asia Astronomy Network (SEAAN) Meeting, to be held from 16–19 November 2026 at Planetarium Negara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The meeting provides an excellent opportunity to present research findings, exchange ideas, establish regional collaborations, and explore the latest developments in astronomy, astrophysics, space science, astronomical education, and public outreach throughout Southeast Asia.

Whether you are presenting your latest research or attending to expand your knowledge and network with colleagues across the region, we look forward to welcoming you to Kuala Lumpur.

Registration fees include admission to all scientific sessions, conference materials, tea breaks, lunches during the conference, the welcome reception, and the conference certificate.

Registration Timeline

Abstract Submission

Participants wishing to present oral or poster papers are required to submit an abstract before completing registration.

Registration Procedure

1. Complete the online registration form.
2. Select your participation category.
3. Upload your abstract (for presenters).
4. Complete the payment using the available payment methods.
5. Receive a confirmation email and payment receipt.
6. Present your QR code during conference registration.
