Author Guidelines and Template

    1. All submission must be original, has not appeared in literature in any form in the past, and will not be submitted to any other venue concurrently with FOCUS-2024 submission or until it appears in FOCUS-2024 proceedings (in case of acceptance).
    2. The submitted paper must be camera-ready 8-12 pages long and formatted according to FOCUS-2024 proceeding template. Papers should be submitted electronically as a DOC / Ms Word File.
    3. To submit a paper, please connect to the submission link available at the FOCUS-2024 website. 
    4. Only papers submitted through the electronic submission system and strictly adhering to the relevant format will be considered for reviewing.
    5. All submitted papers should go through an initial screening process by the FOCUS-2024 chair to weed out papers which are not suitable for the conference scope or have different focus, papers which are marginal, weak papers (not much contribution), written with low quality of English and etc.
    6. All the submitted papers will be screened for plagiarism using the latest technology. We make it sure that the submitted papers contain original materials. The maximum content of similarity is 20%, based on Turn It In plagiarism checking result.
    7. Only good and relevant papers should be processed and sent to THREE independent Technical Program Committee members (we do not want to waste the time of the Program Committee members by sending poor or marginal papers to them)
    8. Before final acceptance, all Technical Program Committee members’ comments and suggestions must be considered.
    9. All conditional accepted papers must be resubmitted through electronic submission system.
    10. Final acceptance decision will be made by the chairs by checking the revised version.
    11. The author-accepted manuscript must commit to register and pay the conference fee.
    12. The author-accepted manuscript must certify that the article does not contain content that is against the law. The use of licensed data, software, images, video, and other materials has been licensed by the authorities.
    13. The author-accepted manuscript must commit state that all the information She/He has supplied and mentioned is correct. When the information found is incorrect, She/He is willing to accept the risk and account for it in accordance with applicable law.
