Visa requirements for foreign visitors to Malaysia vary depending on their country of origin. For countries not listed on the website, visa requirements may be waived for short-term stays of 30 or 90 days. However, we recommend checking the latest information on the Malaysian embassy's website to confirm current regulations.
*At the event period of ICPSA2024 conference, Visa is not required for stay less than one (1) month for China, India, Japan and ASEAN nationals except Myanmar.

Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC)
Foreign citizen are required to complete Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) three (3) days before arrival to Malaysia. Please refer to the Infographic below for more info.

COVID-19 Vaccination Status
From 1st August 2022, all foreign visitors are allowed to enter Malaysia regardless of their COVID-19 vaccination status and do not require a pre-departure or on-arrival COVID-19 test. There is no quarantine orders related to COVID-19 enforced by the Malaysian Government upon arrival. (https://mysafetravel.gov.my/). However, participants are encouraged to wear masks in public to protect themselves from potential viruses and infections.
