17th International Conference on Plasma Science and Applications 2024 (ICPSA 2024)

Registration Guidelines

A. Online registration:

Click "Login" on this website.
Create a new user account. (Click "Register a new account").
Make sure to register as "Presenter" for all type of presentation (plenary, invited, oral).
Fill up the registration forms and click "SUBMIT".
Accept the confirmation email sent to your email.
After login to "UM Event" webpage, search for "17TH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON PLASMA SCIENCE AND APPLICATIONS 2024 (ICPSA 2024)" in upcoming conference or click "Event List" on the left menu bar and search for "ICPSA".
Access the fee structure, abstract submission, payment and tracking online.

Kindly note that early birds fees will applied for payment on and before 30 September 2024.

B. Abstract submission:

After login, click "Abstract & Full Paper" on the left menu bar.
Upload the abstract in word document using this template (Abstract Template).
Please select Oral Presentation for all Plenary, Invited and Contributed Talks.
After submission, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email by the system. (Please check the "Junk" or "Spam" folder if it is not found in your inbox).
Your submission will undergo a review process by the designated reviewers of ICPSA2024. This review aims to ensure that the submitted abstracts meet the conference's criteria.

C. Registration fee waiver:

Registration fee waiver request shall be sent to ICPSA@um.edu.my with the subject stating : Application for fee waiver (Your name).

Last date for application is September 30, 2024.

Consideration is given to scientist or researcher from a developing country, presenting original work with significance finding.
